120 Cloud Based Services Service Level Agreement on User Management Changes

The following points regarding user management changes are included in the Service
Level Agreement:

There is a three day turnaround on user management requests.
There is a cutoff of four "single users" that will be processed at one time
For all requests there is a specific format needed:
- The user’s last name and first name must be provided
- The username must be less than eight lower case alphas characters
