Todd Clegg is the Chief Executive Officer at Carestream Health, Inc.

Todd is an experienced executive, investor and board member with two decades of experience helping lead organizations through periods of growth, innovation and transition. Prior to joining Carestream, he was a Managing Director of Onex Corporation where he covered financial services, healthcare and tech-enabled services. At Onex, he oversaw a team of individuals responsible for sourcing, overseeing, growing, and exiting control investments in private companies. Over his 17 years at Onex, he was responsible for 14 platform company investments representing over $7 billion of invested equity and more than a hundred add-on investments and financings.

Prior to Onex, Todd was an investment banker at JPMorgan. 

Todd is a current board member of Carestream Health, Lannett, QualTek Services and The Goddard Center. He is a prior board member of Wealth Enhancement Group, OneDigital, Sedgwick Claims Management, Ryan Specialty Group, Convex Group, York Risk Services, USI, The Warranty Group and the Stanley Isaacs Center.

Todd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and lives in New York City.

Megan Marquez is the Chief Financial Officer where she oversees the Company’s financial strategy, accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A and risk management functions. She serves as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, driving long-term value creation, operational discipline and strategic decision-making.

Ms. Marquez has held progressive leadership roles within the Company and brings deep expertise in operations finance with a track record of delivering cost optimization, margin expansion, and sustainable business performance. She is recognized for building and leading high-performing finance teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Carestream, Ms. Marquez began her career in public accounting at KPMG. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

Kristen Goodman is Chief Human Resources Officer at Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide human resources organization; overseeing the development and execution of Carestream’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business plan while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Kristen joined Carestream in 2014, during which her tenure includes former positions as IT Applications Manager and Vice President, HR.

Kristen’s diverse experience over 20 years in Information Technology and Human Resources brings a unique vision and leadership to the role. Prior to joining Carestream, Kristen held various IT Program and Service Management positions at EDS, HP and Oracle. Bridging the spaces between people and systems, her expertise in both industries brings innovation and solutions, enabling innovation in HR administration, productivity, and business objectives.

Kristen holds a Bachelor's of Science from New Hampshire College and Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Kunal Singhal is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role Mr. Singhal is responsible for overseeing the company’s global strategy and execution for business growth, innovation, transformation and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Mr. Singhal brings 24+ years of experience across multiple industries, working in management roles supporting boards, investors, and management teams across different areas including Operations, Finance, Business Units P&Ls, as well as all corporate functions. He is the strategic business advisor and business partner to the management teams, Carestream’s board of directors, and our investors.

Prior to joining Carestream, he was the Head of Finance Operations and Transformation for Gainwell Technologies, a private equity owned portfolio company. He played a pivotal role in large scale transformation and was responsible for standing up the company through a large scale carve-out and subsequent M&A integrating a $700 million asset into the company driving significant savings, supporting growth, and differentiated solution delivery.

Previously, he has held several management and consulting positions supporting private equity owned portfolio companies of Blackstone, Onex, Veritas, Carlyle, Genstar Capital, amongst others.

Mr. Singhal brings an unparalleled level of expertise and strategic insight to our team. Throughout his illustrious career he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex market dynamics, drive growth and foster operational excellence across a multitude of organization.

Mr. Singhal hold bachelor’s degree in financial accounting and auditing from University of Mumbai.

Tasos Strouzos serves as President of Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.

With over 20 years of experience in the international healthcare industry, he has a proven ability to define strategic direction, drive execution, and build high-performing organizations. Since joining Carestream in 2009, he has held multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served President & General manager of the Consumable division, overseeing corporate strategy, product management, business development, and global marketing initiatives.

Prior to Carestream, Tasos held various sales and marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson and Novartis over a 10-year period.

He holds an MBA from the Hellenic Management Association in Athens and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. He is based in Athens, Greece.

Julie M. Lewis é diretora jurídica e secretaria corporativa, sendo membro da equipe de liderança executiva sênior da empresa. Antes de ingressar na Carestream, Julie foi promotora distrital assistente em Monroe County, NY, onde processou casos de crimes violentos e foi sócia do Departamento de Litígios Comerciais de Harris Beach, LLC e presidente do Comitê de Diversidade, além de atuar como professora-adjunta do St. John Fisher College. Ela também foi membro do Conselho de Curadores da Ordem dos Advogados do Condado de Monroe, sendo membro do Conselho da Fundação e vice-presidente do Comitê Judiciário. Julie é palestrante recorrente em conferências nacionais e eventos jurídicos, de privacidade e conformidade.

Julie tem doutorado em Direito pela Capital University e bacharelado em Jornalismo pela The Ohio State University, que incluiu estudos na Universidade de Oxford, na Inglaterra.

Jason leads Carestream Health's global Consumables business and is a member of the company's senior leadership team. He has full profit and loss and operational responsibility for the worldwide Consumables portfolio, leading initiatives that drive profitability, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Jason has held executive roles spanning operations, engineering, research and development, business development, and technology. Throughout his career at Carestream Health, he has led organizational transformation, strengthened global operations, modernized product portfolios, and advanced innovation across healthcare and industrial markets. He is passionate about developing people and building globally diverse teams that collaborate across geographies and functions to deliver strategic business results.

Prior to his current role, Jason held leadership positions at Carestream Health and Eastman Kodak in engineering, manufacturing, program management, and product commercialization. His experience spans operations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Business Administration.
