Todd Clegg is the Chief Executive Officer at Carestream Health, Inc.

Todd is an experienced executive, investor and board member with two decades of experience helping lead organizations through periods of growth, innovation and transition. Prior to joining Carestream, he was a Managing Director of Onex Corporation where he covered financial services, healthcare and tech-enabled services. At Onex, he oversaw a team of individuals responsible for sourcing, overseeing, growing, and exiting control investments in private companies. Over his 17 years at Onex, he was responsible for 14 platform company investments representing over $7 billion of invested equity and more than a hundred add-on investments and financings.

Prior to Onex, Todd was an investment banker at JPMorgan. 

Todd is a current board member of Carestream Health, Lannett, QualTek Services and The Goddard Center. He is a prior board member of Wealth Enhancement Group, OneDigital, Sedgwick Claims Management, Ryan Specialty Group, Convex Group, York Risk Services, USI, The Warranty Group and the Stanley Isaacs Center.

Todd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and lives in New York City.

Anastasios Strouzos è vicepresidente senior, Vendite globali e marketing di Carestream Health ed è un membro dell’Executive Leadership Team senior dell’azienda.

Strouzos è entrato in Carestream nel 2009 come Direttore generale per Grecia, Cipro e Albania. In questi anni si occupa della costituzione della nuova strategia GTM e della trasformazione del team europeo in un team aziendale con la mentalità del cliente al primo posto, quota crescente e profitti.

Nel febbraio 2013, è stato nominato Direttore generale globale per l’attività di stampa alla guida del team sui risultati dell’AOP su base annua in un ambiente difficile favorendo quota di mercato, innovazione e crescita dei profitti.

Strouzos definisce la visione, sviluppa strategie, costituisce team e dirige organizzazioni con entusiasmo per raggiungere gli obiettivi attraverso l’eccellenza operativa e il coinvolgimento del team. La mentalità del cliente al primo posto deve essere al centro del processo decisionale per i suoi team.

Prima di entrare in Carestream Health ha lavorato per 10 anni in varie posizioni di vendita e marketing con J&J e Novartis.

Strouzos ha conseguito un MBA presso l’Hellenic Management Association di Atene e una laurea in amministrazione aziendale presso la University of Piraeus. Attualmente si trova ad Atene.

Kristen Goodman is Chief Human Resources Officer at Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide human resources organization; overseeing the development and execution of Carestream’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business plan while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Kristen joined Carestream in 2014, during which her tenure includes former positions as IT Applications Manager and Vice President, HR.

Kristen’s diverse experience over 20 years in Information Technology and Human Resources brings a unique vision and leadership to the role. Prior to joining Carestream, Kristen held various IT Program and Service Management positions at EDS, HP and Oracle. Bridging the spaces between people and systems, her expertise in both industries brings innovation and solutions, enabling innovation in HR administration, productivity, and business objectives.

Kristen holds a Bachelor's of Science from New Hampshire College and Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Megan Marquez is Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for all FP&A driving financial strategy and operational efficiency and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.

Mrs. Marquez has deep expertise in operations finance driving cost optimization, margin improvement and sustainable business performance after serving six years as the Company’s Director of Operations Finance. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of the Consumables Business Unit. She has a proven ability to lead, develop and mentor high-performing finance teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and professional excellence.

Prior to joining Carestream, Mrs. Marquez spent time in public accounting at KPMG and then in internal audit for other manufacturing companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Northern Colorado.

Alan Stevens is the Vice President of Corporate Finance, Treasurer, and Chief Tax Officer at Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Julie M. Lewis è General Counsel and Corporate Secretary ed è membro del Senior Leadership Team dell’azienda. In questo ruolo, è alla guida dell’organizzazione legale globale dell’azienda, che include i reparti per la proprietà intellettuale, la privacy, la compliance e la sicurezza di Carestream.

Ha altresì diretto numerose indagini internazionali e rappresentato l’azienda davanti ai tribunali federale e statale, oltre che a diversi enti amministrativi globali.

Prima di entrare a far parte di Carestream, Lewis è stata assistente procuratore distrettuale nella contea di Monroe, NY, dove ha perseguito casi di crimini violenti ed è stata partner del dipartimento per le controversie commerciali di Harris Beach, LLC e membro del suo Comitato per la diversità, oltre a prendere servizio come professore aggiunto presso il St. John Fisher College. È stata anche membro del consiglio di amministrazione della Monroe County Bar Association, membro del consiglio di fondazione e vicepresidente della relativa commissione giudiziaria. Lewis partecipa spesso, in veste di oratrice, a conferenze nazionali ed eventi sulla legalità, la privacy e la compliance.

Lewis ha conseguito un dottorato in giurisprudenza presso la Capital University e una laurea in giornalismo presso la Ohio State University, con un periodo di studi presso la University of Oxford in Inghilterra.

Kunal Singhal is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role Mr. Singhal is responsible for overseeing the company’s global strategy and execution for business growth, innovation, transformation and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Mr. Singhal brings 24+ years of experience across multiple industries, working in management roles supporting boards, investors, and management teams across different areas including Operations, Finance, Business Units P&Ls, as well as all corporate functions. He is the strategic business advisor and business partner to the management teams, Carestream’s board of directors, and our investors.

Prior to joining Carestream, he was the Head of Finance Operations and Transformation for Gainwell Technologies, a private equity owned portfolio company. He played a pivotal role in large scale transformation and was responsible for standing up the company through a large scale carve-out and subsequent M&A integrating a $700 million asset into the company driving significant savings, supporting growth, and differentiated solution delivery.

Previously, he has held several management and consulting positions supporting private equity owned portfolio companies of Blackstone, Onex, Veritas, Carlyle, Genstar Capital, amongst others.

Mr. Singhal brings an unparalleled level of expertise and strategic insight to our team. Throughout his illustrious career he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex market dynamics, drive growth and foster operational excellence across a multitude of organization.

Mr. Singhal hold bachelor’s degree in financial accounting and auditing from University of Mumbai.
