Our team received a ton of positive feedback as attendees reacted extremely positively to the information presented, asking great questions and showing genuine interest in growing their knowledge and skillsets.

It was also a great opportunity for us to work together with our partner, IM Alliance, to help session attendees familiarize themselves with our solutions and raise the standard of care for radiographers and patients across Morocco.

A huge thank you to Mahmoud Lazzouli, Business Development Manager for NW Africa, Marco Riolfo, Marketing Manager EMEA, and our friends at IM Alliance for working together to help grow the CROP Program.

We’re really excited to continue to grow the CROP Program, and we’ll continue to actively look for new opportunities to grow our presence and solidify our positioning as a global leader in medical X-ray imaging!

We also went over a number of key topics, like yearly trends, strategies for Consumables, DR, and service areas, marketing tools, event planning, and more.

The second meeting, in Guadalajara, allowed us to evaluate our progress towards our yearly goals, reallocate resources to areas that need more focus, and analyze our overall performance for the year.

Most importantly, these meetings are part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our partnerships and opening dialogues with our partners, along with aligning our strategies to ensure we’re on track to meet our objectives.

Overall, it was a prime opportunity to carve out a clear path forward for the rest of the year. Our partners were able to get important hands-on training and leave with a clear path for growth and continued collaboration.

Throughout the event, partners participated in formal business presentations delivered by leaders from various functions within Carestream. These sessions offered insights into current business priorities, upcoming plans, and the evolving market landscape. A major milestone of the conference was the official launch of the Horizon X-ray System and Focus HD Detectors, unveiled through an innovative and energetic team-building activity that made the product experience both interactive and memorable.

In an effort to drive deeper engagement and resolution-oriented discussions, the agenda included group carousel sessions. These gave partners the opportunity to rotate through focused discussions with key functional leaders, enabling them to raise concerns, share feedback, ask questions, and brainstorm ideas for mutual growth in a direct and impactful way.

The conference culminated in a dazzling Black & Gold evening, celebrating achievements, talent, and the spirit of partnership. Awards and recognitions were presented to outstanding performers across regions, followed by a lively talent showcase that truly reflected the vibrant and diverse personalities within our partner network.

Overall, Sambandh 2025 was not just a conference; it was a celebration of relationships, a reaffirmation of shared goals, and a stepping stone toward greater success. With renewed motivation, stronger connections, and a clear sense of purpose, our partners left the event energized and aligned with Carestream’s vision for the future.

Thirty radiographers, including professionals from Aga Khan University Hospital and leading hospitals across Nairobi, attended what turned out to be an incredibly insightful, engaging session—and our business partner even identified a number of promising leads.

Most importantly, we were able to help share our knowledge and expertise to help raise the standard of care and improve the x-ray imaging experience for both radiographers and patients across the country.
